Change of mind
We don't accept returns for change of mind, so please check the size (17 × 31 × 7 cm) and photos before you order.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email hello@thetranquiledit.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send the item back.
Lost parcels
If your tracking shows no delivery after 30 days, contact us and we'll reship or refund your order.
Cancellations
You can cancel within 12 hours of ordering, before your order ships. Once it has shipped, it can't be cancelled.
Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method.
